Taking into consideration the feedback received, we are happy to announce that we have successfully launched a new and improved donation portal – give.healthserve.org.sg!
Within this enhanced portal, we have included multiple features for our donors to enjoy a seamless yet meaningful experience with us.
This new portal now boasts:
- Recurring donations
For those who wish to make a regular commitment to us, can now do so monthly, half-yearly or annually through credit/debit card payments.
- More efficient PayNow donations
With a simple scan of the QR code for PayNow, you can effectively direct the donation to HealthServe. This payment method also enables you to view the amount and reference number prior to completing the transfer.
- Donations dashboard for donors
This all-encompassing feature allows members to update contact details directly, view current recurring donations and edit payment instructions.
- New ‘Retrieve Info’ feature
Ensures those donating as a company/organisation enjoy a hassle-free experience, as the relevant information would be automatically filled out when a UEN number is provided.
- Easier Donation ‘On Behalf of’ someone
With more user-friendly technology, donors can now add the recipient’s email address and attach a personalised note to the donation. After which, HealthServe will send out emails to the recipient informing of the donation along with a personalised message (optional) from the donor!
As the spirit of Christmas draws near, this serves as a significant gift for festive occasions and birthdays.
- Anonymous Donations
We’ve activated online anonymous donations through credit/debit card. However anonymous donations do not qualify for tax deductions and will not receive any follow up from us about their donations.
With the above improvements to our portal, we hope to continue to provide a smooth and pleasant experience to all our donors out there.
