The Volunteer & Donor Management Executive (VDME) is primarily responsible for the management of volunteers and donors so as to fulfill HealthServe’s mission. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, the VDME is part of our Corporate Services Team, and will play a vital role in strengthening the social ties in our community.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building
- To manage and implement appropriate activities to grow and engage HealthServe’s volunteers and donors, such as through appreciation events
- Screen and onboard volunteers
- Build good rapport with and develop good knowledge of our volunteers and donors
Administration
- Support the development of volunteer and donor related partnerships, policies, processes, and budget-planning
- Manage the donor and volunteer management database and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain and update volunteer-related materials, such as application forms, policies and procedures, volunteer handbook, etc.
- Respond to queries relating to volunteer and donor matters in a timely fashion
- Conduct volunteer and donor satisfaction surveys, collate and report findings
- Support volunteer and donor programme reporting for management and internal/external stakeholders
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements/ Skills
- Technical competencies
- Proven track record in administrative and coordination skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, which includes presenting to stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Event coordination and management experience
- Core competencies
- Organised and detailed-oriented, yet able to think big-picture
- Able to multi-task and deliver effectively, and possess the resilience to handle challenges
- Comfortable with interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
- Preferred achievements / characteristics
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Monthly Salary Range
3200 – 3800 SGD
Work Hours
Mondays to Fridays, 10.00am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour meal break each day
