Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Handles inventory and ordering of office supplies, pantry items, and other items and services which are necessary for office operations
- Implements safety procedures, including establishing evacuation plans, setting up building security, etc
- Assists with initiatives related to organisational culture and employee wellness
- Interfaces with clients, vendors, building management, and employees on a regular basis
- Maintains office equipment and troubleshoots when necessary
- Assist with office projects, such as renovations, installations, and office design initiatives
- Fields main office calls and email
- Collaborates across departments to help plan meetings and events
- Creates and presents reports as requested
- Provides as-needed support (scheduling, planning, etc) to management
- Trains and orients new employees and assists with onboarding and off-boarding, which includes maintenance of corporate email accounts
- Supports Board Management
- Attends meetings with senior management
- Assists the organisation’s HR and Finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents, organising meetings and managing databases

Office Manager Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)
- 1-2 years related experience
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
