Clinic Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth running of daily clinic operations
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance, troubleshooting and routine servicing of clinic instruments/dental equipment
  • Housekeeping of clinical facilities and equipment
  • Assist in clinical procedures when needed
  • Assist in coordinating doctors and other volunteer staff schedules

Patient Case Management      

  •  Coordination of patient appointments, follow-ups and treatment plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, maintain various patient database
  • Ensure completeness of information for data analysis and case follow-up

Inventory Management

  • Assist in the medication management for drugs / expendables, including stock and inventory tracking and stock-taking
  • Monitor usage and provide projections for re-procurement

Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Head of Medical Services


  • Relevant experience preferred; 
  • Dental clinic operations experience an advantage
  • Responsible and mature team player with good communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate well in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Available to work 3 to 4 weeknights every week (our clinic sessions operate in the evenings)

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
