Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Overall management of HS medical and dental clinics, in close support of the Head of Medical Services and Senior Clinic Manager.
2. Management of Clinic operations (non-clinic hours):
- facility: overseeing upkeep and maintenance
- medical equipment management: procurement, inventory, maintenance, cleaning
- consumables inventory management: procurement, inventory, distribution
- drug management: procurement, inventory, distribution
- processes: SOP development, implementation, quality improvement
- patient management/care coordination: appointments, referrals, investigations
- medical records management: electronic and paper medical record keeping
- data management: monitoring and evaluation, reporting
3. Management of Clinic operations (clinic hours):
- clinic line management
- medical and dental clinic assistance: point-of-care tests, dressing changes, minor procedures in assistance of doctors / dentists
- investigations specimen collection and dispatch
4. Management of volunteers and interns:
- engagement/communication
- orientation, training and development
- rostering (with support of Volunteer Management team), roster troubleshooting
- supervision, development
5. Collaborate with case management and social services teams for relevant patients/clients
