Admin Assistant for Volunteer Management Department

This is a part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to volunteer enquiries.
  • Manage volunteer rosters and ensure a steady stream of volunteers for the clinic.
  • Contact volunteers via emails, text messages, phone calls to volunteer based on requests by staff.
  • Update volunteer management database.
  • Co-ordination for volunteer related events such as open houses.
  • General administrative support.


  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Canva will be advantageous.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Service oriented and able to liaise with volunteers in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work well with internal staff across departments and with volunteers from all walks of life.


  • Hourly rate of S$12 per hour.

Working Hours

  • Weekdays, work hours are negotiable.
