HealthServe Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) Services We aim to increase awareness and education of STD/HIV infection amongst youths and fringe groups in Singapore; to combat stigmatisation and discrimination of individuals with HIV through education and advocacy; and to provide social support to these individuals and their loved ones. Enlisting the help of volunteers is fundamental to realising these goals.
Services Our services include providing telephone counselling, pre- and post test HIV counselling, conducting small group HIV/STD workshops and talks, and HIV Screening.

The Window Period This is the period between when HIV enters a person's body and the body produces enough antibodies to be picked up by an HIV test (Alliance, 2006). It can last up to three months. As with most people, they will develop detectable antibodies by 30 days after infection with HIV. It is advisable that the client does the HIV test at our clinic from the first month of exposure, and do it once again in the third month to confirm their status.
For Donors You can help donate to our designated fund, "HIV Support Fund". The financial assistance is for:
- Needy patients who are socially, emotionally and financially vulnerable
- Families of individuals with HIV infection who have been adversely affected financially. This would include meeting the children's school fees, household expenditure, etc.
